1、Radix Strobilanthes is a drug in tradition Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxins, cooling blood and benefiting sore throat. It has a wide antibacterial spectrum, and shows inhibiting effects on Bacillus subtilis, hemolytic streptococcus, Sarcina aurea, Bacterium diphtheriae, typhoid bacillus, Bacillus paratyphosus and Shigella dysenteriae, etc. Many clinical documents have demonstrated that Radix Strobilanthes has antiviral effect, and can be used in larger dose for the treatment and prevention of influenza, encephalitis B, mumps, etc.

2、Herba Gueldenstaedtiae Multiflorae is a drug in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxins, eliminating large carbuncles. It inhibits growth of tubercle bacillus.

3、Herba Taraxaci is a drug in traditional Chinese medicine for clearing away heat and toxins and drying dampnes. It shows stronger killing effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus hemolyticus, and certain killing effect on Streptococcus lanceolatus, meningococcus, Bacterium diphtheriae, Bacillus pyosyaneus, Bacillus dysenteriae, tythoid bacillus. In addition, it has cholagogic and diuretic effects.

Actions & Indications:
Anti-inflammation and detoxication. Indicated for the treatment of acute inflammations, fever, pyogenic infections, such as ENT inflammation, parotitis, sphagitis, mastitis, swelling and pain caused by sores and carbuncles, etc.
