Shinshyue Dan Granules has been
appointed by the State as the essential Chinese Patent
Medicine (CPM) in emergency departments of hospitals
of TCM in China, and is the product of TCM protected
by the State.
This product is a new antiphlogistic and antipyretic
CPM with fast onset, high efficacy, safety and stability
for many indications, developed by Qixing Company in
collaboration with several medical colleges, according
to the treating principle of cooling the hot and dispelling
the warm in the classic medical Scripture of Internal
Medicine, with the formula modified on the basis of
the famous ancient prescription Zixue Pill in Song Dynasty
and in accordance with the modern scientific theory,
and is manufactured by using the advanced technology.
The Product has been appointed by the State as the essential
CPM for emergency departments of hospitals of TCM in
China. The product has marked antipyretic effect, fast
onset an obvious dose-effect relationship. As observed
in the clinical therapy in 430 cases with acute fever
caused by pneumonia, acute pharyngitis, inflammation
of upper respiratory tract, tonsillitis, acute bronchitis
and common cold, etc, it has the total effective rate
of more than 90%, and onset from 30 min. to 4 hrs after
administration without any side effect.
Clinical Characters:
1¡¢Shinshyue Dan Granules has fast antipyretic effect,
short treatment course, rare relapse and low treating
cost, pyretolysis within 1-2days after administration;
2¡¢Shinshyue Dan Granules has better antipyretic effect
than that of Bupleurum Root Injection and Alcohol Liniment;
3¡¢Shinshyue Dan Granules is indicated for the treatment
of symptoms due to excessive internal heat, such as
fretfulness, irritating, flare and pain in throat, aphtae,
halitosis, gingival swelling and pain, furuncle on the
face and dry stool.
Main Components:
Creat, Bamboo leaf, Gypsum, Capejasmine fruit, Magnetite,
Pearl powder, Skunk bugbane, etc.
Functions and Indications:
Clearing heat and purging fire, cooling the blood and
removing the toxic material. Indicated for the treatment
of fever caused by febrile diseases, such as high fever
due to tonsillitis, inflammation of upper respiratory
tract, pharyngitis, bronchitis, common cold and pneumonia,
etc; symptoms of seasonal febrile diseases, such as
fretfulness, irritating, flare and pain in throat, aphthae,
halitosis, gingival swelling and pain, furuncle on the
face, and dry stool.
Dosage and Administration:
Granules: orally, 1bottle, twice a day for adults: tablets
(0.26g/tabl): orally, 4tabs. 3 times a day for adults.
For children the dose should be accordingly reduced
or follow the medical order.
Package:
Granules: 1.5g per bottle, 6 bottle pre box. Tablets:
12 tabs per bottle, 12 bottles per box.
